xo-og always strives to have all products in stock.  Orders received for stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving your order.

Our pre-order styles will be cut and sewn for you when you order them.  Processing and shipping time is 3 - 7 business days after receiving your order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be acknowledged and processed the following Monday.

Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday 10 am to 5 pm PST.
